FANTASTIC!! Rick did an AMAZING job. For starters he was very protective of our hardwood floors. We have a fairly large kitchen with countertops all the way around. He cut to fit and laid down new (clean) cardboard to cover our entire kitchen floor. He then proceeded to do a GREAT job with the actual tile work. He then did a very throughout job of cleaning up. Not only does he do great work, he's a great guy, too. He was recommended by a local tile store and we're so happy they gave us his name and contact info. I can't imagine why anyone would want to use anyone else for their tile work!!
