This company told us they were certified heating and air installers. It took them most of the day to tear out the original furnace. A job that should not have taken that long. In the process they broke the pipe that goes through the roof causing a leak. We still cannot get the leak to stop so we keep a bucket sitting on top of the furnace. The furnace came out of the box with a dent on the edge of the door. They could not get our central air unit reconnected to the new furnace. We had to hire a certified AC company to come out. The problem was metal shavings inside the line "caused by the installers" We used the furnace one yr. During that year we nearly froze to death, had to use a pelet-stove and kerosene and small electric heaters. We applied for and were eligible for weatherization services. They replaced the furnace that this company installed because the BTU was for a very small 10x50 mobile home. The replacement furnace was the same model and make (Miller) just a higher BTU which heats a double wide.
