I called my neighbor on 9/12 about a small water leak in the front yard. This has taken so long because I had to make so many calls to get prices on materials and other reasons. Besides the mess he has made of my yard, he also went to a neighbor across the road from me who I have had problems with and showed him the letter I sent him. This man, along with his friends, have been harassing me to the point where the sheriff has been involved. The BBB has had contact with John by mail but I didn't have my pictures ready to send at that time.
