Keypad replacement was excellent. Works well with no issues, same code applied so no reprogramming/matching needed. Garage door openers were inspected and lubricated, however the light bulb on one unit was not working when the technician arrived and is still not working. And now the second light bulb on the second unit is not working. In fairness, I forgot to mention this to the technician, however, it was also not noticed nor addressed during the service visit. Price was a bit high for the time spent and the lighting deficiency not being addressed. I would expect no problems and that is not the case.

Everything went great. Virtuous and professional. will use again and recommend to others.

I could not have asked for better service. My initial phone call was handled in a prompt and professional manner and the service call went exactly as all service calls should. Jay called to let us know he was on his way (actually a few minutes ahead of our scheduled time). Performed the tasks efficiently, explained exactly what he had done, and how our new equipment works. He also explained what we should do in the event anything broke or didn't work as expected (call him). I would highly recommend.

Jay was great! He arrived on time (even a few minutes early) and proceeded to examine the opener. He also did a safety check on the door itself and found that some of the hinges were cracked etc. He replaced the opener itself and all the bad parts on the door. Jay was very thorough and obviously is a professional at what he does. To top off a job well done, he took all the trash involved with him when he left. If you want a great job and excellent customer service, Clermont County Door is the one to call!

We had a spring break on our garage door and called Clermont County Door around 11:00 and they were here by 12:00. Jay had to go get parts as our spring mechanism was obsolete. He came back by 3:00 and completed the job within an hour. He did a super job and we will use them for any future repairs!

I have used Clermont County Door in the past and they had posted a card next to my garage door opener. I was very satisfied with their service in the past and I did not hesitate to call them when the spring broke. I called at approximately 8:15 am and Kay immediately answered the phone. She indicated that they were scheduled to be in the Loveland area that morning and asked if I would be available between 11:00 and 11:30 that morning. They showed up at 10.50 am. Performed the work as requested and even gave me a miltary discount for being retired from the U.S. Army. Great people, Great Service at a decent price.

He was on time and he got the job done. I thought it was a reasonable cost.

Jay was awesome! He gave me a heads up call to let me know he would be heading my way and actually showed up a little early. When he got there I told him all the issues I had and he addressed every single one. From the sensors being replaced, to the new remote, new weather stripping, and alligning of the door, Jay fixed it all. He explained everything in detail as far as what he was doing and why, and even general information about the unit that I did not know. I am a veteran and he was sure to ask and make sure he gave me a discount. I appreciated that. I will never look anywhere else for a garage door repairman as long as I live in Clermont county. I really enjoyed that experiance, and I wish all service providers were as thorough, spot on, and complete as Jay. Thanks a lot!

Just before Christmas, my 3/4 H.P. Sears garage door opener stopped working. I was able to operate the door manually, and left town for the holidays. When I returned, I called Clermont County Door on a Saturday, to set an appointment for them to troubleshoot my problem. To my surprise, Jay, the owner, answered the phone. I was thinking I would get an answering machine, but not a real human on a Saturday. I described my problem, expecting him to suggest an appointment date for the following week. Again, I was pleasantly surprised when he offered to come out that day. There was no additional charge for a Saturday call, so I agreed. Jay said he would be there in about an hour. An hour later, he pulled into my driveway, and began to diagnose the problem. Jay was very pleasant and knowledgeable with respect to doors and openers. He tried a few and quot;tricks of the tradeand quot;, but the problem was more complicated. Jay then disassembled the opener and found a broken drive gear inside the opener. My third pleasant surprise was that he had the replacement part in his truck, so he was able to repair the gear on the spot without needing another visit. After testing the repair, Jay proceeded to lubricate the door mechanism. The entire on-site process took about an hour.
My experience with Clermont County Door from initial contact to completion of repairs was very positive and the result was of the highest quality. On the phone, Jay indicated his charge for the initial service call plus any additional work or parts. His final charge was not a surprise, very reasonable, and in line with his phone estimate.

We noticed on a Sunday that our garage door would not open or close and we were leaving to go out of town on Tuesday morning so we were hoping to get it fix asap. On Monday morning at 7:00am I started calling Angie's List providers for garage doors and for 45 minutes all I got was and quot;the office is now closed so please leave a messageand quot;. Then around 7:45am I called Clermont County Door. By my surprise someone answered the phone, it was Jay, the Owner of the company. I explained the problem with my garage door and also that we were hoping to leave to go out of town the next day. Jay agreed to be at the house by 9:00am which only gave him about a hour to get here since it was close to 8:00am. He was there right at 9:00am and got me back in business within the hour. He also saw that our weather stripping was dry rotted along the bottom of the garage door and the lights were burned out on the garage door opener, so he fixed those also. As long as I'm in this house Clermont County Door will be my garage door provider.

Everything went fine. They came quickly and did the work quickly.and charged me a fair price.
