When selling my home the buyer had a radon test done, The radon reading came back at 23.2. The buyer requested that I have the radon level reduced. My realtor gave me proposals to have a radon system installed. The proposal seamed high to me. It was then explained to me that it was more because they had to seal the crawlspace, sump pit and the fan was installed in the attic. After installation they did another radon test and the radon level was 1.7. this made the buyer very happy. As the seller I was not happy that I had to pay to have the system installed. But I was very happy with the work and results.

The buyer of my home had a radon test done. The test come back at 23.2 pCi/l. The buyer requested that the home be mitigated. My REALTOR got quotes for the home to be fixed. I selected MID-OHIO Radon to do the job. The system that they proposed included sealing the crawlspace and installing the fan in the attic area. MID-OHIO Radon completed the installation and did another radon test to insure the system was working okay. The test results came back at 1.7 pCi/l. This made the buyers very happy. I was also pleased with there work and test results. I would highly recommend them.
