Kevin was recommended by my sales person at JC Penney when I purchased my Levolor cellular shades. Kevin came to my house very quickly to measure all of the windows for reference on ordering. He was very thorough to measure top, middle, and bottom to make sure the dimensions were correct the first time. After receiving the shades at my house, he was available very quickly for scheduling the installation. He is a teacher during the day, so his scheduled times are generally in the evening. This worked perfectly with my schedule. He showed up promptly to the installation appointment, and I think he had the whole job finished in under an hour. All of the shades are hung straight and fit properly into the window sill.
