Asphalt Paving

Excellent from start to finish. John was very attentive and provided a very nice quality job. I was unaware of the Chip & Seal method and he provided a full explanation from the installation process all the way as to what to expect durability wise. The crew took the extra time to grade a portion of my driveway to ensure rain water would flow away from the house. The complete job was everything that was promised. I would gladly have them back.

He gave us a verbal estimate of $1800 for half the drive which we agreed to. They did the overlay and the work seemed to be pretty good. Once the job was done, we were ready write a check for $1800 and then Mr. Reynolds said that the estimate didn't include labor. He had two laborers so he wanted $200 more but we agreed on just $100 more. He also tried to get me to add a sealcoat which was extra and wanted to apply it the same day. Later, another Angie's List asphalt company called and said they could do the sealcoating for much less, but would have to wait at least three months after the asphalt application to allow the curing process.

Steve was driving by and gave me an estimate. Our existing blacktop was terribly cracked and uneven. He said we would re blacktop over the existing one because the base was fine. He said he would have it done in 2 hrs and I did not pay until he was done and I was satisfied. His crew was very courteous and they did a great job. Everything was as promised. My husband and I are very pleased.
