Electrical Service
Excellent. Arrived on time and work completed on schedule. I called them back for issue that was actually my fault and Rich arrived on time and resolved (my) issue at no cost. I definitely recommend this company. I will hire them again for future remolding work.

General Remodeling, Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
The very first meeting that was scheduled on a Saturday morning. Rich didn't show up. My husband called Rich, he never returned our call. I then called later that day. Rich still never called. Monday morning I called Rich and he did answer. I expressed concern and why didn't he show up or call us. He said his father-inlaw was ill. I expressed to him I understood family issues, however don't make me regret our decision to have you do our room addition and please in the future let us know why you can't make an appointment with us.This cconersation didn't change Rich actions. I now wish I had listen to my fears and stop the project with Architectural Remodeling. I don't understand how a company can just stop the work and never call or show up to finish what had been agreed to in a signed contract.

They were very flaky and I would not recommend them to others. They were not responsive and did not do what they said they would. They were not professional.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
UNPROFESSIONAL, FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE, NEVER A FULL 8 HOUR DAY, BOYS SENT TO DO A PROFESSIONAL CARPENTERS JOB, LIES REGARDING WHY WORK WAS NOT DONE, HAVE NOT LIVED UP TO WRITTEN CONTRACT. JOB WAS TO BE COMPLETED IN 45 WORKING DAYS AND THAT TIME HAS DOUBLED AND PROJECT IS STILL NOT FINISHED. THE FIRST CHECK WAS ISSUED JUNE 21. THE WORK IS STILL NOT COMPLETED. YOU NEVER KNEW WHEN OR IF SOMEONE WAS COMING TO WORK. THE CONTRACTOR HAS OUR COUNTERTOPS, SINK, AND SOME CABINETRY, AT LEAST HE SAYS HE HAS IT, BUT HAS NOT SHOWN UP FOR 2 WEEKS, OR TAKEN OUR PHONE CALLS. HE PROMISED THE COUNTERS WOULD BE INSTALLED 2 WEEKS AGO MONDAY, THEN SAID HE WOULD BE HERE THE DAY AFTER A PHONE CALL TO INSTALL THESE CABINETS. HE DID NOT SHOW, AND WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM, AND HE WILL NOT ANSWER MY PHONE CALL. THE WORK DONE BY THE EXPERIENCED CARPENTER WAS FAIRLY WELL TO NICELY DONE BUT HIS PRESENCE WAS NEEDED ON A ROUTINE BASIS. THE BOYS WERE POLITE AND LIKEABLE BUT NOT EXPERIENCED.
