Masonry Work, Concrete Repair
Extremely poor workmanship and did not follow plan provided by architect. Major deficiencies included: Foundation out of square by 3 inches, Service door in wrong location, J-bolts installed in wrong location, Slab has a low spot that collects water, Slab not level - right to left, Damaged foundation block not repaired, Control joint not cut in slab, Also work took 7 weeks to complete. Many, many times promised to be on the job 'tomorrow'' but never showed. I have terminated his contract to do additional work and he will not return $2500 deposit. I am pursuing litigation.
