We couldn't ask for a better contactor to work with. From the first meeting we had with Rich till the job was completed he kept us informed on everything that was going to happen to get our new roof job done. Even when the weather did not cooperate with getting the job done Rich would call to let us know when he though he would be able to complete the job.
When the supplies arrived at our home Rich came out to check the supplies to make sure his worker would have everything they needed to complete the job. Once they started the job his worker were polite and worked really hard to get the job done. The worker completed everything that was in the our contact to do. At the end of the job the worker made sure everything was cleaned up around the job site.
We would not hesitate at all to call this company again to work for us. We have worked with a lot of contractors over a number of years, we would have to say that Rich kept us more informed on what was going on them anyone else that we have worked with. We really appreciate him calling us every week to inform us of what was happening on getting the job done.
