Corcoran Painting

We used Zach for an interior painting job (shelving). He did a great job. Quick, efficient, responsive, fair pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for the future!

Zach Corcoran is an excellent painter, and a super nice and honest person. He, together with some of his relatives, painted almost all rooms in the first two stories of our home, and did a fine job. He takes the time to pay attention to the details like trim. Our home has detailed wainscoting and woodwork and he was careful when painting around it. He also did some extra work such as plastering over some areas that had old intercom boxes removed. Zach and his family were a pleasure to work with - with excellent communication and he is very concerned about whether his customer is pleased with his work. We highly recommend him.

Painting quality was great and done in a timely manner. Very happy with our new interior paint throughout the house (painted 2 floors of our house).

Zach and team were prompt, consultative, and flexible when working on my condo. The Sherwin Williams paint they used looks great over a year after they completed the job and I continually get compliments on it. They repainted my entire condo from floor to ceiling which included 10 historical windows, and a new addition that I recently had finished. Zach demonstrated the utmost professionalism when he recommended, to his detriment, that I have some trim re-done on addition. Another carpenter agreed and we paused the painting work until the trim was refinished. His willingness to speak up allowed the project to look much better than had he not. I would refer them to my friends and hire them again.

Zach did a good job taking care of the issues we had with the walls and repainted as necessary. We are readying our home for sale and he was able to take of some detail items that needed attention.

These two were amazing!! Our bedroom and bathroom are large rooms. We also have two walk in closets. I also had them repair two large holes where we had removed a phone and intercom system. Only took them 3 1/2 days and it’s perfect! Also every night when they left they cleaned everything up and neatly put it in a corner of the room. I can’t say enough about these two! I already have more projects in the future and these two are definitely coming back!

Fantastic! They finished in one day which was earlier than expected, the work was excellent, they were super nice and professional. PLUS they tolerated my 2 dogs with smiles ?. Would definitely hire again and recommend.

We'll give the short review first - just hire them, high quality workmanship, competitive pricing. You won't be sorry. Now, the long review. Zach and Katie are excellent. They are very professional, the work is of the highest quality, and they are very accommodating to our requests. We found Corcoran Painting on Angie's List in our search to have ~1400 square feet of our home painted (both walls and ceilings). Although Corcoran Painting is less than a year old, both Zach and Katie are experienced painters. We had to go back and forth in the quoting process because we couldn't decide on how much painting we wanted. Zach was very patient and very responsive as we defined the scope of the work. When we did finally settle on the size of the job, Zach gave us a very competitive quote and we hired Corcoran We were amazed by the quality of the workmanship. No paint on the floors or the woodwork, no spatter anywhere - in short, the paint was only where the paint was supposed to be. They started the job by fixing all of the little nicks, dings, and nail pops in the drywall. We asked Zach to complete two drywall repairs in addition to the painting, one area where the tape had lifted and one unsightly crack. Both were done very well. In fact, with the new paint, my walls and ceilings look better than they have in years. They work quickly and quietly. Our entire job took just over five days. We were in the house the whole time. They worked around our needs. We were comfortable enough to leave them alone in the house as we needed to run errands, etc. They are good people and we are very pleased with their work. We now have a "go to" painting contractor.

Zach and Katie are awesome! Their lines are perfect without even using tape. They were respectful of our home and worked hard. I will definitely hire them again.

Every thing was great. They recommend an eggshell paint where I previously used Flat . I loved the Eggshell looks so much better than the Flat. I would highly recommend. They took all mirrors down and blinds. They were on time and cleaned up after. Walls and Baseboards looked amazing. Loved, Loved, Loved I will definitely be using again.

Fantastic! Zach and Katie are excellent. We have had several painters in the past and Corcoran Painting has been the best. They are professional, friendly, and extremely conscientious. My rooms have never looked better. They take pride in their work and aren’t finished until we are completely satisfied. They are competitively priced and, as I mentioned before, we have hired painters who have charged us twice as much as Zach for a lesser quality job. I wish there was a better rating than just an A because Zach and Katie deserve it. I have already recommended them to my friends. We are definitely using them to paint for us again.

Went great! Zach and Katie are efficient and quiet painters! They are 100% trustworthy. They helped me pick out amazing colors that brought out the existing woodwork, slate flooring and brought my house back in style! They even signed for packages and took my dog out to use the restroom when I was stuck at work!

They were prompt and showed up when they said they would. Completed the job to satisfaction the first time and would definitely hire again.

No drips or messes - which was particularly important as we had a new bamboo floor installed only a few months prior to painting. We will use them again and highly recommend them!

Amazing! My husband and I bought our house a few months ago. Katie and Zach have transformed our house into a home. Such an amazing job. Katie has an amazing eye for color recommendations and we love how everything turned out. They have embraced our desires for what we wanted our home to be and they poured it out through their work! Zach and Katie are a husband and wife team. They did a great job at removing the wallpaper on our walls, repairing our walls, and then painting our walls! We would recommend them to anyone and would definitely rehire them!
