"Thank you very much! It was a pleasure to work with you!"
"I am confused as to why the 'Value for Money' and 'Quality' are rated so low as you accepted my initial verbal quote on 09/13, on the spot, and scheduled service for the following week on 09/19. Allowing for 6 more days to approve any number of other contractors or cancel our original verbal agreement that I did not even collect a down payment for. As for quality, I am concerned as there were never any conversations between you, myself, or the Inspector over the two week period regarding any problems or concerns of the permitted work, which was approved. Regarding the permit, I generally pull all permits for my clients; however, in this particular situation you happened to pull the permit on a Friday, unbeknownst to me, and informed me Monday morning at 730 am that the Inspection was scheduled for 10:30 am-12:30 pm. I rearranged my booked Monday schedule immediately to meet your unexpected dead line and worked for 4 hours in the pouring rain on 09/24 to complete your Inspection. While the initial inspection was partially approved, due to the Inspector requiring a different sheathing material, the tasks were completed and permits subsequently approved. I would've appreciated a phone call, email, or text to clear these issues up and be given a chance to earn a better rating rather than unexpectedly learning of these issues a week later through a rating system without any prior communication. Please, feel free to contact me regarding any issues so that I may be able to clear them up as there seems to be some mild miscommunication regarding the completion of this particular project."
"Thank you for having me out to your home! I apologize that I arrived so late in the evening, however, I am glad we discovered and cleared the issues you were having with your kitchen drain!"
"Thank you so much!! I appreciate your kind words and it was a pleasure to work with you on this project!"
"You're very welcome, Edwina! I am glad we were able to determine your issues and get that water heater replaced quickly to keep the family from having too many cold showers! I also appreciated those cigars on the way out the door the evening! Thank you very much!"
"I appreciate your kind words! Thank you for allowing me into your home to repair your faucets! What seemed like such a problem was quickly washed away with the right tools and 16 years of experience!"
"Thank you for allowing me into your new home! I apologize for the minor yet irritating set backs during installation! A simple install turned frustrating when I had forgotten minor parts to complete the task at hand!"
"Thank you!! It has always been a pleasure working with you on your various projects over the years!"
