The two workers were very professional and kind. They cleaned up all of the mess and removed and discarded the clothing that was on the floor based on my instructions and then sprayed antimicrobial agents to remove any germs.

The PuroClean representatives appeared punctually at the appointed time. Collin Huston was very professional. He took time, using machines to measure the incidence of mold in the air. After a thorough review, he assured us that the mold was well within normal limits, and was not a problem. He answered all our questions (we were quite concerned about mold) to our satisfaction. We were not charged for PuroClean's visit and evaluation.

PuroClean was amazing! We had an external pipe burst on a Sunday afternoon. By Monday afternoon, the PuroClean team was there, pulling out damaged flooring, baseboards, etc. They were very professional, along with respectful of us and our home. They moved things out of the way very carefully. They explained what they were doing and why during each step of the process. The drying equipment was loud, but they warned us ahead of time that it would be. A team member stopped by every day to check that the drying equipment was functional and to take moisture readings. The project manager was even on hand for our meetings with the restoration company and the insurance adjuster. He wanted to make sure that we noted everything that was damaged so we could tell the insurance adjuster. It was so helpful to have such a professional team guiding us through a process that we've never had to experience before. It really made a very stressful situation much more manageable. I can't recommend them highly enough!

This is the team to call. They cared about our house and our personal belongings. They asked questions to understand what was important & make sure nothing was disposal of without our approval called before they came every day. Flexible and very professional.

Our insurance company recommended Puroclean to us after we called them about a mold problem caused by a malfunctioning sump pump in our finished basement. They came out the same day to assess the situation and got to work on it within an hour of my insurance company giving me the green light to start on it. They were very clean and removed all damaged drywall, plus came back every day to check on the progress and the equipment until the job was done. I felt that they were very knowledgeable and was confident they would treat the problem appropriately. We were very happy with the service.

PuroClean came out within approx. 12 hours of calling them about water in our basement. They were extremely professional and response through what was a difficult situation. Countless homes & businesses had all experienced flooding at the same, so resources were stretched thin but PurcoClean did a great job making sure our basement got the attention it needed while still servicing their other customers. While it may have taken a little longer than normal to dry our basement out, they were good about explaining they were trying to make sure everyone had some drying equipment going and that we wouldn't be charged extra for the extra time. They were also good about working with us to help salvage everything we could. This was the second time in less than 4 years our basement flooded, so we couldn't submit another claim to our insurance company. PuroClean spent extra time and effort to dry behind our cabinets, so we didn't have to pull the cabinets and granite countertops and were great about coming back out as additional work was completed and we needed them to finish cleaning and re-laying our carpet that they helped salvage. We used PuroClean the 1st time our basement flooded as well and were equally happy with their service then too.

Performed as advertised. Advised us of the water and mold remediation process along the way, something we don't have experience with. Upon completion of the work, air samples were tested to show we had less mold in the sealed up repair zone indoors than what was present in the outside ambient air.

The process went about as smooth as could be expected after the carpet and other items were removed, the drying equipment was placed into operation. The technicians informed us on everything involved in the process, answering questions as we asked. The tech's were very courteous throughout the the job.

After two days of work being done, I found that three of my prescriptions had been stolen. I called my insurance company and reported it and PuroClean arrived and picked up their stuff and left the job incomplete.

They came out they took up the carpet, and the padding. They put the dehumidifiers down there. They took away the baseboards anything that was wet, and that would potentially cause mold. It was not just a matter of putting a couple if dehumidifiers down there. They were very precise, they do high quality work. We called them at night, and they were here the next day.
