We initially hired Ken with high hopes for rebuilding a porch on our home, and for the first few weeks, things seemed promising. Communication was open, expectations were clear, and it felt like we were both on the same page. Even when there were unavoidable hiccups or circumstances out of our control, both parties were understanding, and we were hopeful things would move forward smoothly. However, as the project progressed, things took a turn. As of now, the project remains incomplete and we are approaching the summer of 2025?almost a full year after we first hired Ken + team. We've attempted to reach out multiple times via text messages and emails, but our inquiries have gone unanswered for weeks, even months. There were discussions about future compensations but those were left completely unresolved. It's incredibly disappointing, especially after the positive initial experience.

My family has been enjoy our beautiful composite deck for months and we are so thankful for Ken and has team! We loved the design software Ken used to help us bring our deck concept to life. The communication, professionalism, and quality were top notch. We would highly recommend hiring them!
