Bob and his helper were very conscientious and courteous. They cleaned up better than we expected and charged the estimated amount. The railing looks great. Bob was very patient and incorporated several comments I made such as sanding the area where the old railing connected, and using a particular shape and position for a brace to the house. He is good at figuring out tricky details.
