Mr. Moore gathered some basic information from me when I called in then set a time to come to our home to meet with us and look over our house. Not other agent offered such service. He then took all the information back and within several days called us with a program. We went to his office and he explained in detail every quote and how they worked, again something on agent has ever done for us.
He did not pressure us to make a decission and let us leave to think things over. We made a decission within 2 days and moved to Myers-Ziemke Insurance.
