The work was done in a timely manner after they started, in spite of some rainy days. Additional venting was needed and done. Flashing around the chimney was done. They were very neat and cleaned up as they worked, There was no mess left in the shrubs or flower beds around the house or on the deck. They cleaned off the driveway each day so we could get in and out when they were not working. They hauled away all the old roof and paper and kept the yard looking nice through the whole process. The roof is excellent quality and American made which we wanted. The color looks really nice on our century home. I think the price was very good for what we had done.They even had a coupon for money off on the job! Since the new roof is on we think that the house is much quieter, and also warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer so far too.
