It went without problems, except when the air conditioner didn't work for one apartment. Monroe thought it would have to be replaced, but another company figured it just needed a part.

It went fine. We were looking for a good price and all things considered, they had the best price so we went with them.

Technician showed up to review requirements and provided estimate on the spot. Advised he would order assemblies required and call next week to schedule later in week. I called the office the following Wednesday to check since severe cold weather could have caused schedule disruptions and was advised that Mike would call back within few hours to confirm appointment. He did and he showed up as promised. Cleaned up small debris pile resulting from cutting sheet metal and drywall. Excellent job, no pressure to buy extras. So impressed we elected to use Monroe as service provider on our Bryant furnace and opted for PM services. The only reason punctuality is rated "B" is that Mike's truck did not start when he was schedule to view task at our home and that made him late. The office did call shortly after he was due to arrive and informed us. Would have rated this an A if the call had happened before the appointed time.

Monroe provided a quick estimate, then a prompt date for service. The crew was professional and left the basement clean. The installation was done neatly and efficiently. The boiler works great.

Job started on schedule. Issues with unit prevented finishing the job as scheduled.

Friendly, professional and worked well with difficult conditions trustworthy.

They did a nice job. I've already hired them again. They followed up, too.

THIS SERVICE SEEMED COMPARABLE - BUT NOT NECESSARILY BETTER - THAN WHAT WE'VE HAD BEFORE. THEY DID CALL TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT AND WERE PROMPT AND PLEASANT. THOROUGH TO POINT OUT CONCERNS, BUT NOT PUSHY TO FORCE A REPAIR THAT WAS NOT NECESSARY RIGHT NOW. FOLLOWED UP AFTERWARDS TO CHECK THAT WE WERE SATISFIED.
