+ -1 moreHis name is Mike. A neighbor who had work done by him recommended him to us. His quote was around $88000. We went with because he is the actual contractor. It wasn’t any additional charges on top of the sub-contractor's work. He was going to be doing some of the work. We also liked a lot of his ideas as well. While he wasn’t the most expensive, he wasn’t the cheapest either. We had a lot of good references from neighbors. He posts a lot of pictures of his work on his social networking site as well, so we were able to see a lot of the previous work he had done.
Description of Work: Wohlwend Construction Inc gave us an estimate for a small in-law suite addition.
