Excavation
I hired Don Mills, of Mills Excavating, to do some bulldozer grading around my house, after a basement waterproofing job. His rate was very reasonable, and he didn't waste any time. Don is the kind of guy you want working at your house. He is thorough and diligent. We had sort of a challenging grading job, as a portion of the ground was pitched back toward the house. Don did a great job of putting in the swales and creating a places for the water to drain around the house, while keeping it well away from the foundation. I would highly recommned Don, and plan on using him again soon for some Bobcat work.
