YOU NEED TO BE PREPARE TO WAIT. THEY WILL SAY THEY WILL BE OUT AND THEY WILL SAY THEY WILL CALL AND WONT AND WE HAD TO GET THE CITY INVOLED B/C THEY WERE SO SLOW AND WINTER WAS COMING AND WE COULDNT RUN HEAT TO THE HOUSE.
