It went great. He was here when he said he'd be here. All of the work was done when he said it would be done. He guarantees all of his work for a year, so if there are issues, he comes out and resolves them, no matter what the issue. He gets A's in all categories, but A+ in quality, responsiveness and punctuality. He is a professional through and through. I've referred him to many of my friends and they've used his services as well. We would definitely hire him again.

Not satisfied with work very sloppy in my opinion. Moving new tub upstairs he damaged the steps. Nothing was done to even try to repair and he hoped we wouldn't notice. Tile was not up to professional standards very uneven and terrible at matching from row to row corner to corner. Left floors unfinished after installing new baseboard and rushed to get to next job. Sorry to say he took the money and ran. That's on me. I asked if he would be happy with this work if in his home. Didn't answer so I guess that was his answer. We will never use him again once bitten twice shy.

Dan gave us a detailed estimate for the work and listened to our ideas plus gave us valuable suggestions. When we met to sign the contract, he told us exactly what would be done each day and what people we could expect to be working. He was to finish half of our basement and turn it into a room where we can workout, play pool, or have our grandkids play. The area finished is about 26' x 26'. Dan and his crew finished the entire job in 7 days. They framed in the area, including walling off a furnace area and an area for the sump pump, and drywalled it all. They installed 1 regular door, 2 sets of double doors, installed 2 glass block windows, and added backing to the stairway. A drop ceiling was completed, and the crew added a bannister, woodwork, and painted the walls.
We have had other smaller jobs completed by Dan's company (tiling and painting our bathroom, refinishing our kitchen counters, painting our living and family rooms, repainting our deck and garden fence) and Dan is always organized, prompt, pleasant, and committed to doing an outstanding job.
