We've sold over 900 buildings, including agricultural barns, residential garages, commercial buildings and equestrian stables and riding arenas. We are locally owned and operated and offer personalized service and wholesale pricing.

Luckily I found Pole Barns Direct by reading through the entire list of Summit County registered contractors. I did the online quote and it was very reasonable - even less money than the unregistered Amish wanted. I set up a meeting and spoke with Neil and Rob about what I wanted. They delivered exactly what I wanted and for a great price - steel siding and roof, gutters installed, cupola installed, also installed windows that I provided.
Pole Barns Direct just needs a level site to build on. I contracted an excavator to to that work. I also payed a surveyor to drive stakes locating the building as I needed to make certain setbacks per zoning requirements... Pole Barns Direct had the barn done in under a week. After they were done I had concrete poured and electrical installed.
I have been recommending Pole Barns Direct to friends and coworkers. Would not hesitate to use them again.
