Garland was highly accommodating to our work schedules when I called for an appointment. Kevin was very thorough and made sure to explain everything he found, no matter how minor, to us. He wrote and submitted the inspection report to us within a couple hours of completing the inspection. Garland does a fantastic job and I would definitely hire them again!

Mark has been doing this for 25 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. He is courteous, professional, and punctual. He takes the time to review current and potential issues with you while still at the job site so you have an opportunity to see for yourself and ask questions. Mark arrived on time. He started with the roof walking around almost every inch and also checked the chimney. He went throigh the whole home inspecting everything. He sent a extremely detailed report that night. I was considering going with a different inspector that cost more but I'm completely satsified I went with Mark I just hope he's still inspecting when I purchase my next home. You can't go wrong with choosing him.

Mark arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly from start to finish. This being our first home/ home inspection we were anxious and wanted to know everything and follow him around. He was open to all of our questions and talked us through the entire process showing us everything he found and explaining what would need done to fix the issues. He was very detailed and there's wasn't an inch of that house that he hadn't seen by the end of his inspection. He even found a koi pond that we didn't even know was there because it was covered up. He found some termite friends living in our crawl space that have been eating the floor. As upsetting as it is thankfully he found this so we can renegotiate with the seller on the repairs. I would definitely use him again and recommend to anyone that is looking!

Mark did an exceptional Job. I have had home inspections before in other properties, and Mark blew me away with the quality of his work. He really took his time, answered all of my questions, and pointed out things of definite need for replacement. Based on Marks assessment of my property, I was able to renegotiate my contract and get safety issues covered in the sale of the home I bought.

Mark arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and got to work right away. He thoroughly inspected the home and explained everything in detail. As first-time homebuyers, we had several questions that Mark answered in a way we could understand. He was very helpful, and we would recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Mark was on time, responsive to phone calls, and VERY thorough both times we used his service. His price is based on the square footage of the house (inspection for the home we are selling was $250 based on 1500 sq ft; $325 for the new home which is 2900 sq ft). He was patient and answered all of our questions--didn't rush us. His reports are very professional and thorough--even including pictures for some things. And you couldn't ask for a nicer fellow (also his son Kevin, who helped out with the first inspection). We appreciated that he gave us suggestions for reliable folks to use for the fix-it things we have to take care of. We plan to recommend Mark's company highly to anyone we know who needs a home inspection.

We finally found a home that seemed worth buying -- our walk through and walk around inspection led us to believe that the house only had cosmetic problems. Even though the utilities were off and I was well aware that it would not be what some consider a thorough inspection, Mark came out and took the time to walk me through the house. Unfortunately Mark found termites and the structural damage they had caused right away (he even asked me if I wanted to continue the inspection). He described the faults that he found in depth, and was also able to answer my questions and address my concerns in a way that I could understand. Mark emailed his report to me that evening (at midnight!), which was very easy to read with clear pictures. I am so grateful for his time and effort -- without his inspection I would've been in for a few unwelcome surprises!

Mark was fantastic! He stayed about 2 hours (for a 2 story, approx. 1400 sq. foot home) and went over everything with a fine tooth comb. He climbed on the roof, went through the basement, up into the attic, and all the while he talked to us and explained what he was seeing. (Really crucial for first-time home buyers.) The 12-page report, complete with pictures, was delivered via PDF to my email the same day. (Actually, it came through at 10:32pm!) He was a consummate professional. I hope I don't have to move again for a very long time, but if I do, Mark is the inspector I plan to call.
