Description of Work: MR. DALLAS DID A COMPLETE ROOF TEAR OFF DOWN TO RAFTERS AND REPLACED WOOD AND SHINGLES. WOOD IS NOW SAGGING AND SHINGLES ARE CURLING. THIS WORK WAS DONE IN 8-95, PROBLEM NOTICED IN 1998.
