We called TWC Enterprises to ask about a generator & set up an appointment for them to come. The guy that came was Rick. He showed up on time & explained to us all about the generator. I am on a Cpap machine & also have to store my medicine in the refrigerator so he definitely understood all our needs & told us which generator would be best for our home. (Also Rick is the nicest guy you’d ever want to meet!) We contracted him on the spot to install a Kohler generator & set up a day & time to come. TWC Enterprises showed up exactly on the day & time that we agreed upon. They stayed & worked until it was installed & it only took 1 day! TWC Enterprises crew were ALL so nice & polite! Plus we’ve been reassured that if we have any problems that they will be right here to correct them. We couldn’t be anymore happier with their service & the work that they’ve done installing our generator! I had to call several times before I was told that Tom was on vacation. About a week after they said he would be back, I called again and actually got him on the phone. We set up the work schedule and everything went as planned. I have used this company for 12 years and am very pleased with their work.

This is a small company with some great folks working for Tom (owner). They cover all electrical work right from where the electric line comes into the house to where it ends like outlets, appliances, fixtures etc. I have engaged TWC for some variety of work over the last 2-3 years via warranty company - Tom & his associates are very professional, punctual & get things done fast. They have a lot of experience, licensed electricians & great quality of work. Their office manager is super nice & knows customers very well. Now my warranty has expired but because of TWC's excellent service I plan to continue their service in future.

It took the SP several times to come out over a few months time span for a repair. They keep giving me the runaround. They misplaced the remote for my fan. Plus they missed two of the appointments that were set. They could have called me when they realized they would not be able to make it to a scheduled appointment.

We thought the garage in our newly purchased home was covered by our home warranty, so TWC Enterprises was dispatched by the warranty company. Tom arrived exactly when expected and checked out our situation. After he spoke to the warranty company he told me that it was not covered because it was a detached garage. I suspect he could have charged me the $75.00 service fee and walked away at that point, but he didn't. He said it was too much of a safety issue to ignore. He poked around, identified the culprit and took care of the problem. He also gave me some suggestions for improving the electrical service in my garage in the future. He only charged me the same amount that the home warranty folks would have charged. Tom was polite, professional and seems to possess a great sense of integrity. I will call him again for any future work I may need to have done.

TWC came in and evaluated the situation.  They indicated the electrical drain, with the kitchen lighting and other appliances were kicking off the circuit breaker.  TWC came in and re-wired the microwave with a heavy gauge electrical wire and put it on the circuit with the dining room, which only uses a minimal lighting drain.  TWC came in, analyzed the original circuit amperage at the circuit breaker and figured out what to do to resolve the problem.  They came in and solved the problem in a minimal amount of time and at an extremely reasonable price.  
We have used this company on a number of occasions and found them to be extremely qualified, perform excellent work do their work at very reasonable prices.  They are qualified to perform any household electrical work.  They replaced our entire electrical box after the ice storm of several years ago.

He did a great job! He said, he didn't know why someone would lable the air conditioner something else.

Tom is a very nice and professional guy and seems to care about doing a good job, but Im sorry to have to report that he seems to have a problem with his scheduling and following through with a job. We will be hiring another electrician to finish his work.

Tom asked about the problem and listened very carefully to my explanation. He worked quickly and was an excellent troubleshooter.

TOM IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLY PRICED. HE IS COMPLETELY DEDICATED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
