This company works with Amish craftsmen. They have some in stock (which they often sell at a discount, as far as I can tell) but for the most part they put in orders for hand-made furniture. As a result the furniture takes some weeks to arrive at the store, but it is made with the finish and features you request, usually at no extra cost. The furniture is hard wood, although in one of the bookcases it's plywood. The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent--couldn't find any fault with it whatsoever, very solid and well put together. The price is very reasonable. We've been to a number of Amish hardwood furniture stores and this one seems to be on the low side, if not among the lowest. We'll be going back.

I was so pleased with how the furniture turned out. It is VERY HIGH quality and is beautiful. The products they sell are top of the line. You can even customize pieces and are able to pick the finish of your choice and hardware.
