Free color consultations available. Our process includes a free painting solutions consultation and written estimate. A signed contract and down payment will ensure that everyone is "on the same page". At the beginning of the job, Hank Zaborniak, Owner will walk through the production with the homeowner and ProTect Team Leader. During the job Hank will communicate daily, or more, with the homeowner. At the end of the job we do a walk through to make sure that everything is done to the homeowner's satisfaction. Payment is expected at the time of completion and when the homeowner is satisfied. Payment may be in the form of check, cash or credit card.

The whole process went extremely well and I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again. The quote response was quick, clear and no hidden charges. The quality of work was excellent and done in one day. The owner even came back on a Saturday and did some touch up for us and painted a door that we thought was in the original scope of work. Great company.

Hands down this was the best company to work with. Henry went way above and beyond for us given we live out of state he took on a project management role coordinating other services and letting people into the property to complete other work. As far as quality, they went through the entire house fixing any little blemish on the walls, repaired 3 walls that were damaged and detailing all of the edge lines before rolling out the walls. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and clean. I had the entire house painted including all of the trim and doors. The agreed upon price was reasonable and Henry did not ask for anything additional for helping us with the other vendors. I would hire Henry and Five Star over and over and recommend this company to anyone looking for a painter!

Our experience with Hank and his team went very well. We were given our quote based on painting the front brick (2 stories), all trim, doors and shutters and then we decided to add the vinyl siding as well. Hank introduced me to his color specialist and together we chose 3 colors for the exterior of the house. (I ultimately changed the white to another white that was a little better). We had to wait a little because of the amount of rain we had but as soon as the weather cleared, Hank had three men, who were very professional, at the house and they worked for 4 full extremely humid days from early morning until 5 pm. The results were fantastic, and I could not be more pleased. We've had nothing but complements from our neighbors. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The interior of the home was a big project because there was new construction plus large vaulted ceilings and patch work to do as a result of the construction. Henry the owner is very responsive and communicative and the crew he has lead by Chirs is very professional and careful and did a great job. We have used them twice now and come spring will be using them for more projects..

The owner of the company did a great job communicating with me. The painters arrived on time, walked through the project with me and quickly got to work. The painters patched all nicks in the drywall before beginning. They did an outstanding job painting.. The work was completed on time. The painters kept my home clean and did an outstanding job.

Everything went well, Henry was very easy to work with. I was giving a heads up prior to when services would be performed. Front deck was painted the wrong color, but was corrected quickly with no issues. Took 3 days, Power washing 1 day, painting the 2nd day, and the correction the last day.

Good quality work for a reasonable price. Henry (the owner) was willing to help me to stay within my budget by tailoring the job to meet my specific needs; there was no pressure to pay for services I didn't want at this time. There was no collateral damage (i.e. accidental paint overspray or damage to plants around the foundation and in the yard.) Workers arrived on time, ready to work and cleaned up when they were done for the day. Owner responded to e-mails and phone calls promptly.

The painter was very neat, took good care of the property and did a great job. He finished the job in good time even with rain delays. The owner visited often to check on the progress of the job. Everything from submitting the estimate to completing the final walk through when the job was done was handled very professionally. We have four small dogs and the painter was extra careful to make sure gates were never left open. That was VERY important to us. We will definitely hire ProTect Painters for our next staining or painting project.

We had a set time period in which the work had to be done. The painters arrived as scheduled and completed the project ahead of time. The owner was prompt and professional when submitting his estimate, and visited the site often to make sure the job was going as planned. Painters took great care to protect the floor and equipment while they were painting and moving the scissor lift. We are very pleased with the finished product and would not hesitate to hire Protect Painters again.

Henry Zaborniak, the Managing Owner of Protect Painters (Pickerington), was professional, organized, knowledgable, flexible, involved, and friendly throughout this entire process -- from our initial contact for an estimate, all the way through to the final inspection when the job was completed. His experienced and detail-oriented painters, Sean and Doug, wasted no time, and used skills that completely transformed our home into exactly what we wanted. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and willing to share their extensive knowledge whenever asked. They were careful around our (new) front yard plantings when requested, and were both careful and thorough in cleaning up at the end of each day.
One would be hard pressed to find a more personable, talented and hardworking crew, and we have absolutely no reservation in recommending them to anyone interested in working with an outstanding team and a fantastic company. We will have them back in the future and are happily recommending this company to our neighbors and friends.
