UNDER MY AMERICAN HOMESHIELD WARRANTY, I NEEDED AN ASSESSMENT OF THE A/C UNIT. MY ELECTRIC BILL WAS RUNNING EXTREMELY HIGH. THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE CLEANED THE ENTIRE SYSTEM AND RECHARGED THE FREON. IT IS UNUSUAL TO RECEIVE GOOD SERVICE WITH THE AHS WARRANTY, BUT I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALLISON HEATING & COOLING (FKA. ASK HEATING & COOLING).

COMMUNICATIONS WITH OFFICE WERE FIRST-RATE. SERVICEMAN WORKED DILIGENTLY. WORKED PERFORMED UNDER HOME MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. MY PAYMENT LIMITED TO $50. PARTS COST WERE $225. FRUSTRATING POINTS WERE: FURNACE WAS BRYANT, BUT ORIGINAL IGNITION SYSTEM WAS REPLACED BY PREVIOUS HOME-OWNER. DEFECTIVE PART WAS IDENTIFIED, REPLACED, BUT WOULD NOT WORK DUE TO IT WAS ALSO DEFECTIVE. ANOTHER TRIP WAS NECESSARY FOR ADDITIONAL REPLACEMENT. SERVICEMAN WAS CHEERFUL THROUGHOUT JOB.
