Yoder Site Prep

I purchased a storage barn from Miller's Storage Barns in Millersburg, Ohio. They recommended that we put a pad under the barn and recommended Yoder Site Prep. The owner, Nelson Yoder was prompt to answer and return calls. We only had to wait about 2 weeks to have the limestone pad put in (while Millers were building my storage barn). I originally had planned to have only a limestone base put over the grass. However, after Nelson checked the location for the pad, he discovered that one corner of the area was a lot lower than the others. He suggested that he dig out 4 inches of sod and use part of that to level up the one corner. It was a bit more expensive, but I'm so glad we had him dig out the 4 inches and put the limestone on top. Now, I'm very confident for my nice potting shed to sit on that foundation. It took him about an hour to finish the job (by himself). He was very professional and very good. We watched the whole process and were impressed with his work. Highly recommended. They also do concrete pads, post platforms, remove old barns, hauling with dump truck, skid loader work. Miller's Storage Barns gave us one of his 5% off coupons (reflected in my reported price).
