good job and quick but very over priced

He's wonderful, and very reasonable.

Great experience, however it took longer than expected. It was done well, he is over qualified.

They have probably done about $50,000 worth of electrical work on our house in the past 10 years.

He was very professional and competent.  I appreciated his input and knowledge.  He worked quickly and I couldn't be happier.

Very well..on time, professional, courteous.  Gave me estimate for additional services that I will need done in the future.

Called Mr. Electric on 5/7/2015 to make an
appointment for the Friday 5/8/2015. I was assured that it was scheduled and
they would give me a call if they had an earlier time in the day. I get a call
at 7:45 am 5/8/2015 from Cathy saying give them a call back. When I call
Stephanie tells me she doesn't know why they called me and Cathy doesn't
remember why she called me. Then as the conversation continues tells me that I
was never scheduled but she would schedule me for the time I had already
scheduled the day before (11am-1pm). About 15 minutes goes by and Stephanie
calls back to tells me that they cannot schedule me today.
 I am very angry because I took off work for this appointment. Stephanie was the only
one trying to handle the situation professionally. Everyone else acted as if
they didn't even care. It is unacceptable to inconvenience a customer in this
manner.  I have used them in the past but based on this unprofessional
treatment I will not continue to do business with them.  I don?t know what happen over time but
customer service is clearly not a priority anymore.

I was VERY pleased. First of all, the technician arrived much earlier than the original ETA I was given. Mike McPherson, the service professional, was very pleasant, professional, and explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. Mike was very efficient and knowledgable. Couldn't be more pleased!

They did a good job. Scheduling was fine and two technician came out. The technician was explaining what he was doing as he was doing it. They followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their work.

They were on time for the appointment and they were very neat. Scheduling was okay and they were accommodating to me. They are kind of expensive for us so we may not use them in the future.
