5/07/15: Thank you BERLIN HEATING & AIR from Millersburg, OH for 1-day turnaround.  (We are so lucky.)
We had to have service on our GeoThermal air conditioning this morning which was installed in 2007. It was not cooling as of Wednesday afternoon and we got pretty hot. We called in and lady got hold of Jimmy and said they could be here the next day (Thursday.) The service man from Berlin Heating & Air was here promptly on Thursday at 10:30am and provided service on our Geo Thermal unit & also said that a switch had gone bad and told us, YES, that it was covered under warranty. Whew, I feel blessed! Thank you Marion Erb and staff for such prompt and courteous service.
5/08/15: On Friday we found air was not cooling again, so I called their office back @ 3:30 pm and told lady what was happening. She checked with Jimmy (man that was here yesterday) and he said for husband to turn off breaker for 15 minutes and then turn back on.  If we were getting cold air, we were ok.  IF we were not getting cold air to call them right back.  
Now mind you it is almost 4pm and they are closing for the weekend, but the lady receptionist said that Jimmy was hanging around and for us to call them right back with the resullts one way or the other.  Of course, the air was not coming out cold or even cool.  
About 8:30pm Jimmy came back on Friday night and it ended up we needed new THERMOSTAT which he installed and showed husband how to operate.  He drove down here from Millersburg, OH to Belle Valley, OH (which is not just around the corner) and was here from 6:30pm to 8:30pm without any question or heming and hauling around as to why he couldn't come.  
We are so lucky to have such a cheerful person to get our air conditioning back in service when in fact their service had already closed on Friday at 4pm for the weekend and wouldn't have been back open until Monday am.
I feel so fortunate because I am on Oxygen 24/7 and without any air conditioning I was truly suffering.  Berlin Heating & Air was not aware of this..  They promptly came back on their own and, again, provided us with excellent service and response time.

We were moving into a 2,800-square-foot-home built in the 1870s with a furnace from the 1940s and were very concerned about the cost and efficiency to heat the house. We did a lot of research and decided to install a geothermal heating system. After receiving several quotes, we definitely liked Berlin the most. Their sales associate, Denny, was knowledgeable and nice and listened thoroughly to our concerns. We were so excited when Berlin's quote was the lowest. Their installation process went smoothly and they even got the back-up system up and running early so we could move into our home when we wanted to. They really worked with us to assess the heat distribution throughout the house and after we lived through one winter in our home they came back to help us address some cool pockets to ensure the house is comfortable throughout. The system also works great in the summer for cooling and we are very happy with the unit we have and the whole experience we had with Berlin. They are great and we definitely recommend them to everyone.
