This is one of the few companies that I would trust to do any work on my house, my building were my business is, and recommend them with no fear of being compromised.
They are professional in every way, and only compound their dedication by performing there duties to a skill level that is very rare to find.
You will not be disappointed if you choose to use these guy's as they are without doubt the best that I have ever hired to do work of any kind from an outside contractor.

We wanted to locate a roofing contractor whose work could be verified as being top-notch; we wanted it done correctly. Josh Bryer was recommended as someone to check out. From the first meeting with Josh, it was obvious he knew what he was doing – experienced at roof work. Josh covered options; repairing areas that needed work vs. replacing the entire roof. Josh also covered the benefits of improved roof venting. Josh discussed the different kinds of roofing including the differences in shingles answering all our questions and concerns. He also covered how they would do the roof including cleanup. We elected to replace the roof.

Several days before the work was done, Josh stopped by with the Forman and covered how they would proceed with the work including dumpster location. When the day came, care was taken not to damage the shrubbery and the patio was covered with a tarp. Cleanup included using a large magnet to ensure that no nails were left behind (to date, have not found any).

Josh and crew were excellent in their professionalism and knowledge. We would recommend to everyone.

Prior to contacting Bryer, I had tried to get bids from 3 other painting contractors. Each time they would pull in the driveway, take one look at the steep tall roof (Michigan farm house) and pull out of the driveway without even offering a bid. I contacted Bryer Painting and Roofing company after reading reviews about them on Angies List. I selected them because they do a lot of commercial metal buildings and farm buildings. Harry Bryer (owner) showed up when promised and gave me a written bid (firm fixed price). Six months later I decided it was time to get it done and even though the bid had expired Harry said they would honor it. They showed up when promised and spent several days prepping the roof. They had a power lifter (cherry picker) which helped a lot. The entire work crew was pleasant and professional. Mr. Bryer was on site every day and did much of the work himself. I found out Mr. Bryer is quite particular because I could hear him telling his crew where they missed scraping a rust spot when they didn't know I could hear them. Always a good thing. Because the leaves were falling they had to adjust their work schedule to work around days when the wind was not blowing toward the house because there is a large tree next to the house. Even with the scheduling around the wind it took them about a week, start to finish. On the last day of the job, just before they had finished, Mr. Bryer came to my door to tell me his paint sprayer nozzle had misfired and it squired dark green paint onto my very white siding. No worries, he said it would be taken care and he was a man of his word. An hour later I reinspected and it looked as if nothing had happened. No extra charges, no change fees, and no hassles. No request for a penny upfront. I would hire Bryer anytime! Quality family owned business and they do terrific work.

Quote was for all materials and labor, so there were no surprises. They called ahead, came when they promised, and worked with us on scheduling around our farm schedule with horses. They power washed the barn one day, and primed and painted two days later. The paint job included brown trim on a tan barn, and it looks beautiful. They were very neat: not a scrap of paper, masking tape, spilled paint, etc. anywhere when they finished.
They painted metal barn roofs for me last year (power washed, primed, painted), including one roof with about a dozen translucent skylights (which they cleaned and masked to avoid getting paint on them). I plan to have them paint a larger metal barn next year (approximately 60 feet x 160 feet).

Bryer completed the work in a very timely fashion in hot and humid conditions. Bryer is also involved in industrial work in locations with demanding safety and procedural requirements. Bryer company also does roofing work. Would suggest them for projects such as mine as they have extensive experience and knowledge.

On time with materials and labor. Did not miss any dates or time frames and was started and completed on dates as per initial proposal. First Class workmanship coupled with a commitment to satisfy the customers needs. Excellent product of materials being used and garunteed for eight ( 8 ) years from completion date. This is the best trade we have ever used and I would strongly recommened this company and its work ethics again and again.
