I called Zenith and was told that Joe would be out to provide an estimate for service. Joe arrived and made a quick assessment of the situation and determined what services would be required. Very soon afterward, technicians Chris and Nathan arrived. They quickly removed the excess water from the carpet and set up a system of fans and a dehumidifier to complete the drying process. Both gentlemen carried themselves in a professional manner and explained the process to me clearly. I will recommend Zenith to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.
Description of Work: Our sump pump system failed during a major rain storm. Water quickly started to rise from the floor drain in our basement. I was able to get the sump pump working again, but the damage was done to the finished portion of the basement. I needed help with removal of the water and subsequent drying of carpet and walls.
