Wes said he doesn’t warranty trees because he had been burned in the past but that if anything happened he would come and determine cause and then make it right. One out of 18 trees died and he completely ghosted me to make it right. It was planted wrong no other reason 1 would die. At least have decent to answer a phone call or email

Wes is simply the best Landscaping Contractor we have ever had.  His company does everything you could need outdoors.  Wes did our lawn care, tree care, landscaping including major renovations, rock work, driveway extension, gutter service and other odd jobs.  In Winter, you will not find a more responsive, reliable and thorough snow removal company.  Wes was there every snowfall that warranted plowing.  He has a great truck with a salter as well.   During major storms, he was there multiple times per day.  He is priced right, always follows up on questions, uses email, text, calls - any way you want to reach him he responds.  Only reason we will stop using Wes is because we moved to Philadelphia - if we could have taken Wes and his company with us, we would !

They are good and I've been using them for about 8 or 9 years. He is reliable and does a good job. He takes care of anything I need done; from putting in new pipes to putting in trees. He is pretty diverse.

We had real problems with the turf areas in a townhome community which we asked Wes to treat. He recommended aeration and overseeding for most areas with topsoil and seed for some of the larger bare patches. Today the treated areas are lush and green. Couldn't be more pleased. Wes is great to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Communicating with Wes is difficult. When he's busy, he gets behind and forgets some potential customers. When work slowed, Wes then followed up and was prompt in visting the house, with the proposal and with the work. We were given no warning when the work was going to be performed - everyone did work hard and the project was finished in about a day and a half.

I was "blown away" by the invoice received. Previously, I had this same job performed two years earlier (excluding the gravel addition) by another contractor and was charged $300 which included the cost of the mulch. , I had anticipated that my invoice amount would be in the arena of about $250, since I had purchased the mulch and delivery (for $168) already, and had previously purchased the same variety and amount of gravel from Wes which he delivered previously for an amount of $25 per yard (invoiced this time at $60 per yard) The received invoice was in the amount of $651.61 and included a labor rate of $34.50 per man-hour for both he (acceptable) and each of his "shovel pushers" (totally unreasonable) plus the overly inflated materials cost for the gravel. SInce I tried and was unsuccessful again in receiving responses to phone messages left, I finally responded to Wes's invoice by letter. I took responsibility for the amount invoiced, because I had failed to get a bid in advance. However, I expressed my great disdain for the amount billed and the basis of my concerns in his charges from past experiences. I included a check in the full amount and suggested that he recalculate and correct the bill appropriately -- refunding the excess amount for him to determine, and stated that if he chose not to do so without any further conversation that he could consider our customer/contractor relationship as terminated. My check was cashed, and I have never had any further communications from him. After all I have paid him from two previous major jobs, I really feel that he gouged me on this one and took advantage of our rapport. I feel, after this experience that he is no longer reputable, nor worth any referrals.

Wes Wolfe, college educated, owner/operator of this small business, works as if this is for his own home. He supervised a crew including two additional workers, while working side-by-side. He checked with me regularly on site to insure that all details were being met to my desire and expectations. He openly accepted any changes or minor modifications and took all in stride without grumbling or loosing interest. He openly encouraged my participation in the process. He even initiated return trips at no additional cost to make improvements/repairs caused by poor quality of some of the materials provided by other vendors (chipped or broken blocks). His final bill was consistent with his initial quote, and he required no payment of any kind (nor formal contract) until the work was completed and I was completely satisfied. He has an unusually high work ethic compared to most contractors available today, and his prices were substantially less than larger landscaping firms. He offers full exterior property maintenance (of landscaping type work) and has excellent equipment and work vehicles better than many much larger firms. As a very particular person accustomed to doing my own work, but now a senior and incapable of doing the heavy work, I will be using his services for an increased level of work. Wes is a rarity that I can readily highly recommend and who I trust explicitly to do fine quality of work at a fair and honest price.

Very good guy. He does a very high-quality job. Extremely responsible. Very responsive. I am very, very pleased with him. I am a pretty particular guy. I have used him for a couple of years now.
