Door Service
We signed a contract to have Window Depot install a new patio door to our back yard where there is currently just a Window. So it involves cutting out a new whole in the house for the new door. Not a little project but not huge. Well we signed the contract back in October. It is now January and the door has finally arrived. However, the person who the company has contracted to come and install the door has said multiple times he was going to come look at the project and each time something else comes up and he can't come. This is just to look to make sure he has everything he needs to do the project. Basically a walk through. The project, when we signed the contract, was to be completed in 8-10 weeks. It is now over 2.5 months sense then and we still haven't had the contractor come to look to even set up a time to install. Also, through the whole process, Window depot has been hard to get ahold of and slow to respond to requests and inquiry's.
