Went fantastic.  Ulmer's does excellent, above-and-beyond work at a most reasonable price.  Great communication and all of the people there are very friendly and personable which is appreciated.  Very professional and know what they are doing.  I take all of my cars there and will continue to do so.  I highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their vehicle.  Ulmer's and everyone with whom I have dealt there are the very best in automotive care.

We always get great service from Ulmer's on Lila Ave. in Milford.  They provide outstanding customer service too.  They were fantastic when we were looking at buying a used car 2 years ago.  They have done a great job taking care of it.  We had a basic oil change done this go.  But it doesn't matter if it is something major or minor, they are good to us.  Thank you Ulmers!!

The power steering lines are very difficult to access and replace, and Greg worked several hours to get the lines replaced and installed the new cooler, which had been torn out and bypassed by the previous owner of the vehicle.  This was one of my company trucks used to work on homes, and Greg certainly made it a priority to get the truck back to me in a timely manner, so that I could keep my guys working.  
Ulmer's has always been knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and it was no different this time around.  I ended up having to spend a bit more than anticipated, but I trust Greg and his crew, and I know they'll always tell me what's needed and what isn't and I'm willing to pay for the top quality service and peace of mind that they provide.

ulmer's has been servicing my car since purchase in 2002. It has 180,000 miles and runs like it is new. They provide a free loaner car and advice. they are reliable and pleasant.

My wife's driver side window was frozen shut, and when she tried to operate it, some part of the opening and closing mechanism broke inside of the door. Ulmer's was quick to get her car in to look at it, provided her with a ride to work that morning, and managed to order the parts in and remedy the situation in a fairly quick time frame. We've taken our cars to Ulmer's for years and they're always professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They make sure they know exactly what the problem is before proceeding with any potentially unnecessary work. I trust Ulmer's with our cars and I refer them to others whenever I can.

They're straight-forward, they don't recommend unnecessary repairs, and they certainly understand that your time is valuable. They have a sense of urgency in getting your vehicle properly serviced and back to you, and they've always done a great job for me.

They were great to work with! One of the guys that works there is into older stuff and really likes odd ball things. They worked on the truck when the shop wasn't busy which saved me a bunch of money. It was great to be able to drive that truck for the first time with the new engine in it.
