We are a second and third generation family business, local to the greater Cincinnati area with home base on the east side in Milford. It took nearly two weeks to finally fix the heat pump! the second service tech seemed to know more of what he was doing, but the two techs did not communicate well to diagnosis the solution. Over promise and under deliver!
