Great company. They are very reliable and punctual. When they say they will be there they are there. VaShawn and Jean were professional and very knowledgeable. They answered my questions completely. VaShawn went the extra mile and fix three lights for me. I have used them for over 30 years and wouldn't use anyone else.

Aug. 2019: Returned my Friday night call in minutes;. Gave me the option to have a repairman come out immediately or to call back Saturday morning to schedule a daytime service appointed. I opted to call back. Next morning I called at the opening hour. The service truck arrived before 10AM. Repairman quickly discovered and replaced a faulty compressor motor starting capacitor. Then he flushed the condensor coil fins, checked the freon levels, furnace filter, current levels, indoor blower, cooling degree drop in air temp., condensate drain path to be sure it was clear, etc. before leaving. The bill was $219.

Originally brought the wrong thermostat for hours after scheduled time. Didn’t hear from them after that. We called 2 weeks later learning that replacement was in. All went well after that, except that we had to spackle holes in the wall and repaint the wall, somewhat related to their carelessness.

The service tech arrived within the 2 hour window that we agreed upon and was ready to quickly get to work. He not only did a thorough check up of the unit but he even helped me find the water line to turn on the water outside so he could clean it! He was helpful and honestly answered my questions even though he had 20 more calls to complete today - I will definitely look to them for my further HVAC needs. Thank you Angie's List!

I called them in advance and told them exactly what issues we were having so I expected for the technician who came to be prepared to deal with the issue. He seemed completely unaware of the problem and was not prepared to deal with it so the issue remained unresolved.

rMy first question when deciding to replace my current heating and a/c was which brand Trane or Carrie. I got four bids and after talking with each company, picked Tribble because they offered the services I deemed important and had a competitive bid.
All the old units were removed without creating a giant mess in my basement. The metal sheet work require to install the new furance was excellent, almost like a work of art. They replaced all the cooper old tubing and old wiring for the a/c. I had a fairly new humidifier which they connected to the new duct work and replace the old pad. Three service men worked on the installation and it was completed in less than 7 hours. All the installers were professional and answered all my question. It did not seem to bother them as a checked their progress throughout the day.They played no loud music and were as quiet as your can be replacing a furance. What impressed me the most was their profession manner and workmanship. Only time will tell whether I made the correct choice going with a Carrie unit, but I am sure now that Tribble Heating and A/C were the correct installers.In the week since the installation the weather has turned a bit cooler, the new furance is very, very quiet and my wife thinks the heating is more even throughout the day ie, no highs and lows. I would hire them again and will call them if any problem occur and for yearly checkup.

Service was great. Replaced our entire system (Carrier) in 1 day. Despite the heat of summer we only had to wait 2 days to get the work done. Price was very competitive (I got 3 estimates). I was very impressed that the owner spent time to discuss our needs. I was ready to spend the money for the latest and greatest unit and he talked me into a less expensive model. We've lived here 20 years and this is the first time our upstairs is cool in the summer.
Definitely recommend Tribble.

They were very professional. They did their best to keep mud out of the basement as it was raining non stop that day. They even found a way to use a whole already cut in the basement to our benefit.
