They did an amazing job- it looks like we just re-tiled the bathrooms! One of our biggest pet peeves was that no matter how clean the bathroom floors were, they never LOOKED clean because the grout was old and stained. Anyone with tile in their house knows what we're talking about. The Grout Doctor is a game changer for anyone who has the same problem! After thoroughly cleaning your grout, they apply a pigmented sealer (this process is called grout recoloring). With recoloring, you can change the color of your grout to a lighter or darker color or match the original color. We couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely use them again in the future.

Great They were able to get it done prior to new tenets. I removed old peel and stick tile from the floor. They were able to get all the old glue off. 95 year old tile looks great!

We spent over 1/2 hour mixing different color combinations until we had the exact color we wanted. After that the technician colored the backsplash grout. The grout looks perfect now and is sealed. Highly recommend.

The floors look almost new! It's amazing that I waited so long to do this because there is such a difference in how the floors look. I do think it's a bit pricey, but I tried to do it on my own and it didn't work out so well, so worth paying someone. The service providers was professional and very helpful, explaining to us how it worked and what our options were. He also kept the place clean and was careful of his surroundings in the house, which I was grateful for. I would use them again, but since it lasts so long, I probably won't need to. I highly recommend.

Jamie arrived right on time and was very polite and professional.  He explained each step as he worked and at the end, left the area very clean.

Provider did a great job.  We have an old tub that needed to have old, mildew stained caulk removed and replaced.  He carefully removed all of the caulk and then asked if it was acceptable (which it was).  This was painstaking work as the tub was old and has already been re-glazed once so there was danger of further damaging the glaze.  Anyway, it looked great and he re-caulked and sealed the tub (which also looks good for a 70 year old tub).  He was very professional and did not try to up-sell stuff that we didn't need (this was the case with a competitor).  Overall I was very satisfied and I would definitely recommend Grout Doctor to a friend or neighbor.
