Met with Sami, he surveyed the basement of my mom's house, and immediately knew what was going on and how to remedy the problem. The job was scheduled, the crew showed up on time (even during a snow storm), and got started. They busted their butts and the job was completed in three days. Fadi came and looked at the basement gave us an estimate and then came out and did all of our repairs in less than 4 days. Sealed cracks in the basement, putting up beams and then fixing the foundation on the inside with the jacks. I was really amazed with everything I got to watch him do. Unbelievable repair and peace of mind! We had a flood coming through our foundation. I was desperate! I called a few companies. Fadi owner of The Foundation Specialists of Milford Ohio came out right away! He gave me a few options with a few prices. I wanted the job done right and never wanted to think about it again. Fadi has 30 years of experience and a lot of knowledge! (He also showed me some pictures of recent projects) I knew I was in great hands with The Foundation Specialists of Milford Ohio! They performed the job in a matter of days-amazing! They installed iron beam supports, cut out perimeter of basement and installed drainage tubing and a sump pump and re-concreted the floor and added membrane walls. My basement looks amazing! Best of all, we have had a lot of rain since and all we have is peace of mind not a single drop in the basement! I am going to actually be able to finish the basement and not worry ever!! We had water in one part of the basement after heavy rains. Fadi came to our house, diagnosed the problem, and gave an estimate. He and his crew arrived a few days later sealed cracks in the wall and configured drainage. They cleaned up the area before they left and explained what they had done to prevent further leakage. They will install a new sump pump in a few weeks. I highly recommend this company. You will get lots of calls from other vendors but this company will do the best job at a reasonable price.

They did wonderful work in my basement, they had to dig out everything, and waterproofed it as well as in stalled a sump pump for drainage. They were so great on my home that as a real estate agent I now recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

Fadi was recommended to us by our Real Estate Agent after finding our basement leaking after we moved in. Fadi came over to the house to check the foundation, gave recommendations for structural support and drainage and then helped us prioritize what needed immediate attention vs. what we could wait until Spring to do. He was able to schedule us very quickly after he had a change in his schedule and completed the work very quickly. His crew was very professional. When the work was completed Fadi walked me through the downstairs and showed me what they had done and took time to answer all of my questions. When they left, space was cleaned and they did a great job at dust control throughout the project. Since the work was completed, I have talked with others who have worked with this company and everyone has had great things to say about them. We will definitely be using them on future projects.

Fadi, came and reviewed the project with me and suggested the correct action to repair our broken block wall. When he was starting the project he discovered that we had a broken cistern wall and that it would require a sump pump and drain to the street. They were very responsive and did excellent work. They did foundations repair yet after heavy heavy rains that came a month later we had some water standing at window well. They came out and fixed the issue free of charge! This issue was not at all due to their work but they fixed it anyway!

Six months ago, Fadi and his team put in a French drain and repaired the cracks in my concrete chimney, which were leaking water into the house. I waited to write a review until a few rain storms had occurred. I'm happy to report the drain works great and the chimney leaks no more. Fadi and his team were great to work with. Fadi explained what was wrong, and how he would correct it. The repairs were done on time, despite the unseasonal heatwave that came through. I was grateful that Fadi was willing to repair my chimney. I had already called two chimney repair companies about it. Both companies insisted that a rebuild was the only way to fix the leak--which of course is more expensive than a repair. Because of Fadi's knowledge of concrete, he was able to provide alternate options, and all were less expensive than a rebuild. The chimney looks great. I would recommend The Foundation Specialists to anyone.

I have used this company for the installation of driveways and sidewalks all the way to structural issues with block foundations. The work that they do is second to none and they are always very reasonable in price. I use to get three quotes on jobs until I met them, now I just call them first. The work ethic is amazing and I can assure you that the work will be completed as promised.
