The Cleaning Authority - Cincinnati WESTCHESTER

We hired The Cleaning Authority out of Milford for a full house clean after moving all the contents out. They were able to get it scheduled quickly and quoted an estimate of $200. The clean was okay, but missed a lot of details in the refrigerator and the toilets, such as under the glass shelves, within the door shelves, and around the toilet bowl rim. The interior of the oven was not cleaned. As part of showing and selling the house, we did a significant deep clean nearly a month prior so the house was not grossly negated from a cleaning prospective. Originally quoted $200, we were very shocked to get a bill for $290 and not have the attention to detail spend on cleaning. For what looks to be two cleaners for less than two hours of work, based on the cameras, we were quite disappointed with the cost and the outcome.

Our housekeeper changed jobs; so we needed to hire another company. the owner of the franchise came out and gave me an estimate. His pricing was in the ballpark. There were other companies whom I interviewed that were higher, and some were lower. I chose The Cleaning Authority because they are located in my township and I believe in giving local business a shot. We have used them four times since hiring; we have our house cleaned twice a month; we live in a ranch house. The girls do a good job; and the supervisor has come by three out of four times to check in and ensure everything is cleaned to her satisfaction. Very impressive.

The first clearing service was impeccable. The cleaning crew was also punctual, professional, and pleasant -- and my house has never been cleaner. What's more, the company sent out a supervisor to inspect the job the crew did, before the crew left my house. I have never seen a cleaning company do this before. I was very impressed. I could not possibly be more happy with my decision to hire this company. 

It was good. I was pleased with them. I have been using them for probably a year now. The overall service was excellent.

The owner came out and we went over exactly what I needed.  We then started a rotation for them to come at a specific time every 3rd week.  They are always there on time, they are doing an excellent job, and they put things back exactly where they were.  Everything is extremely clean and they even leave a detailed sheet of what they have done that day and sign it.  They even accommodate us when we have special requests.   I have tried several cleaning services, both companies and individuals, and I have not had much luck.  But this company is so responsive and their work is excellent.  I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a cleaning service.

We've been using TCA for about 7 months.  We have been completely satisfied so far.  Cleaning is thorough.  One thing that stands out for us is their flexibility - from time to time we need to change our normal cleaning cycle; our representative, Mike, is immediately responsive (even in email) and adjusts plans without any issues.  Another thing we like is that we consistently get the same crew with few exceptions.  The crew is respectful, professional and also good with our dog, which is important to us.  I highly recommend TCA.

The first time they cleaned the house looked nice. Each time after that we were not as pleased with the service. Due to a trip we needed to change the date they typically cleaned. They sent "team 6" to do the cleaning. When I came home I couldn't tell anyone had even been there except there standard form note. We had pillows thrown all over our bed, spots on our bathroom floors and water marks on the faucets. I called and spoke with Mike who stated he did notice that the team was in and out rather fast. Had Mike reached out when he noticed that he may have saved a customer. He did offer to have someone do a re-clean, but that was only because I called. We are very disappointed as we did a lot of research before hiring a cleaning company and used the reviews on Angie's list to help. I would not recommend this company.

Naomi and Kathy have done a superb job cleaning our house! Can't thank them enough! I requested this team to be our regular team for once a month house cleaning. They do a thorough and diligent job. The house looks great! The office staff is very  responsive, accurate, accommodating and prompt.

It went well. They sent 3 girls and they were done in 1 and 1/2 hours. Very thorough and friendly.

Scheduled a crew in with a very friendly person that answered the phone - scheduled couple of weeks in advance.
I explained what we had, and what my expectations were - and all was set.
Crew showed up on time as scheduled.
2 of the cleaners went and started on the bathrooms, while one worked on the kitchen.
Something happened however, because the cleaning was not up to expectations.
My wife needs a care giver with her during the day, and after inspecting the work, some re-work needed to be done, including picking up some piles of trash that they forgot.
After I got home, I went through the rooms that were cleaned and immediately noticed that some of the work was substandard.
I took pictures, and emailed them to Mike Randall, who responded the next day.
Mike indicated that he had sent a new crew, but he was surpassed that we would have had some of the problems we did.
In under 1 week, Mike sent a veteran crew of 2 cleaners for 1.5 hours to redo the work (or at least resolve the problems).
I have to commend Mike for the prompt and courteous response, as well as the sending of the second crew. They say that it takes up to 12 good actions to rectify 1 bad action - and my experience has confirmed this. However, in my opinion, Mike went above and beyond the call of duty, and exceeded my expectations.
I thank Mike and crew for what turned out to be a very positive experience, and an example to others of how to handle mistakes when they happen.

They do very well.  I feel comfortable allowing them into the house to clean while I am not there to supervise.  They do a great job; when I come back to the house, it is wonderfully clean.

Two gals arrived promptly at 8:40am...Immediately went to work...As expected, the cleaning took longer than I had signed up for (2 hours for $120)...Took 3 hours and 45 minutes...Company honored the discount price for the additional time....And the gals never stopped working...Cleaned top to bottom...Towards the end, a supervisor unexpectedly showed up to see how the cleaning was going...Nice that the company stays on top of things...Cannot say enough about the excellent job they did...Will definitely use them again and definitely recommend to others...
