Experience was very good, although I would expect good service and quality for such an expensive playset. The service was initially very good, and the installers were timely and professional. I still call the facility with questions, and they are very courteous and responsive.

INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. SALES STAFF IN THE STORE WAS GREAT - NOT PUSHY AND HELPFUL WHEN WE NEEDED HELP. THE SALES PERSON WHO VISITED OUR HOME TO MEASURE FOR THE PLAY SYSTEM WAS A BIT PUSHY BUT SHE MEANT WELL. OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE... AND TWO MONTHS LATER OUR FOUR YEAR OLD STILL LOVES HIS 'BEAUTIFUL PLAYGROUND'
