Work was done and vehicle was ready when promised. These guys were 50% lower in price then several other chain repair shops in the area. Very professional and I will be taking all my vehicles here for service in the future.

My teenage daughter's car started to have episodes of and quot;shakingand quot; when she was driving it. We took it to QCA to be looked at, thinking it may be the spark plugs or engine mount. It turned out that it wasn't an engine problem at all, but the car needed all of the tires replaced. Instead of just telling my husband what needed to be done, the mechanic actually showed him where all the problems were--it turned out that the tires were over four years old, even though the previous owner (an older woman) had them replaced just over a year ago--apparently she had been scammed and someone put used tires on the car! Service was quick, and the cost--especially for labor--is very reasonable. We have used Quality Care Automotive in the past, they are always honest and reasonably priced, it is the only place we will take our cars!
