From the start a bad experience. The salesperson did not show up or return messages for the yard inspection. This subsequently delayed the install date 2 weeks. We paid in full on 3/11/2014 and receive a call 4/7/2014 to tell us they had sold part of our set and it is now on back order. They wanted to install an inferior slide and come back at a later time to swap out. They now have our money and we have nothing. Getting them to return a call is near impossible . To this point we have nothing and they have our $3,500. This company is dishonest and will provide you with the worst customer service to be found . Terribly unprofessional. Appears we may need an attorney to get a response .

We are in your system. Under the name Jennifer or Jason. Same last name. Or just match the address from this review. Further shenanigans from a terrible company. It is no wonder Rainbow Systems pulled their line.

The guys from Pete Delois' Recreations Outlet put the basketball goal where I wanted it. They kind of made a suggestion on where to put it. They had a deal and installed it for $100 and it’s the best $100 I ever spent.

Excellent. Sal, the salesman, contacted me immediately after my online inquiry, explained all of the various systems and my options for my existing non-GoalSetter anchor. Sal was kind enough to respond to my late night emails right before leaving for a vacation to ensure all of my questions were answered. Pete then followed up to schedule the installation, which took place within a week of purchase (and I never had to leave my house for the transaction!) We couldn't be more pleased with the basketball goal. We also received a free Recreations Outlet party with our purchase ($200+ value) and used that last month without any hassles.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WORKING WITH THE PEOPLE AT RECREATIONS OUTLET, FIRST TO SELECT AND PURCHASE A BASKETBALL GOAL SET -- THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS TO CONSIDER -- THEN THE INSTALLATION. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO AND WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE INSTALLATION. IT IS VERY SOLID. THEY CHARGED $175 TO DELIVER AND INSTALL. THEY HAVE A STANDARD PRICE LIST, WHICH SIMPLIFIES THE PROCESS OF SELECTING WHAT YOU WANT AND ANY OPTIONS. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS HAVING TO WAIT MORE THAN 6 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE UNTIL I COULD GET IT INSTALLED. THEY TOLD ME UP-FRONT HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE, SINCE IT WAS THE BUSY SEASON, AFTER ALL. OTHER THAN MY OWN IMPATIENCE AT HAVING TO WAIT, THE EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING A BASKETBALL GOAL. BY THE WAY, WE PURCHASED AN ADJUSTABLE GOALSETTER SYSTEMS SIGNATURE MVP MODEL WITH GLASS BACKBOARD, 60'' WIDTH, 6'' X 6'' POLE, BREAKAWAY RIM, AND BACKBOARD EDGE PAD.

PRICE OF THE SYSTEM WAS A BIT HIGH EVEN WITH SPECIALS, BUT THEY INSTALLED A SET IN A YARD THAT WAS VERY SMALL AND WASN'T PERFECTLY LEVEL. I DIDN'T THINK IT COULD BE DONE, BUT THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

I CALLED 4 COMPANIES AND ASKED THEM TO SEND INFORMATION ON THEIR PRODUCT. ONLY 2 DID. DELOIS FOLLOWED UP WITH SOME PHONE CALLS AND CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE TO LOOK AT OUR BACK YARD AND MAKE SOME RECOMMENDATIONS. THEY HAD THE LOWEST PRICES AND WORKED HARD FOR THE SALE. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS AND INSTALLATION.
