Them and the Columbus branch were very helpful in picking a shower pan that was in stock and not end up with Home depot or Lowes junk (not stock items and premium prices). "Fiat" junk from HD was over $200 and weeks to get it appeared.
Mine was not a b****** size, but one would have thought that based on the big box stores.
(Lowes tried to screw me by pulling out a clearly fork damaged box unit and trying to pawn it off on me.) Have pics & witness.
Great sturdy Florestone product; very robust and about up to 25% cheaper than HD, etc.
One thing they Did Not supply was a picture of a home installed Basco door unit so it was hard to visualize that as neither did the BASCO showroom.
(3500 series needing to see how the towel racks looked)

I'd use them again.
