The windows were made to fit. The windows were Pella Windows and the quality was good. They just finished this week. The installers were here when they said they would be and it appears that they did a good job.

They are competing homemade. It would be nice if they had more new coupons or frequent shopping probably on ticketing.

There is always someone there to assist with questions. I have never used the service, but they do deliver. I last used them a month ago. I was buying tile samples. They are pretty quick at getting to you and asking if they can help you.

From start to knish it took about three weeks. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and were very professional. They called and showed up exactly when they said they would. All aspects of the job were done exactly how they were explained to me. It was very easy to get six months same as cash financing. The whole process was made extremely easy on the buyer. One thing I would recommend, if buying cabinet hardware, it's much cheaper to buy it from amazon than lowes. Aside from that, the experience was great.

They are very close to where I live and had better quality than the other major hardware chains. Their prices are a little higher so if I don't need the quality I will go to a competitor; but if I need the quality then I will go to Lowe's. I will use them again in the future.

This was a project I was very concerned about. I wanted new countertops as a part of a kitchen remodel. I was and quot;trading inand quot; my 20 year laminate that still looked like new, and couldn't believe I would find anything I liked. After much deliberation we settled on Formica solid surface. From the point at which we ordered it, to having the gentleman come from Marble and Granite works to measure for it, to the installation, it all went like clockwork. Rena the sales associate was knowledgeable, helpful and patient.
The gentleman who came to do the measurements was very professional and efficient and the installers were also professional, friendly and easy to work with. The time table from start to finish was exacting. We were informed every step of the way as to what was going to happen, when it was going to happen and how, and all of them were true to their word. Their customer service skills were impeccable. And we love the countertops.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for this type of work.

I also purchased a dishwasher, a 650 dollar kitchenaid, as again I was replacing a 20 year old kitchen aid that had no problems.
Tim was the sales associate and very helpful, easy to talk to and professional. Again, a skilled customer service representative.
The only problem I have is with the dishwasher, after just 3 uses we have a repair call on it as the digital panel is not working properly, I hope this is not a sign of what I can expect from the product. I realize this is a kitchen aid issue not a Lowe's issue.

Overall, this has been a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Lowe's for this type of work.

The end product was good. The problem is dealing with the company. They do not communicate well. They do not respond to calls, they make a lot of mistakes and make it very difficult for their customers. The subcontractors were great and did good work but you can't deal with them directly.

They wanted to charge an extra fee after the installation, but the installer said they should've mentioned it at the time I bought the door, and that I shouldn't pay. Otherwise the installation was fine, the door fits well.

GREAT job...well done, all looks great. The color is perfect, the ammenties rock. We love the kitchen. We will definitely use them again. We love it.
