They sent out a claim adjuster that came out and then since this work was insured they had to contracted with a company that came out and did the repair work, basically it was getting rid of  the carpet we had in the basement and there was some damage to the wall board in the basement and that was they did.

Professionalism. Their always up to date, they have helpful suggestions and recommendations, their very responsive whenever we've wanted to meet with Lonny he's always available, well informed, ready to talk and he answers our questions we believe in a satisfactory manner so that to me is all under the umbrella of professionalism.

It's professionalism, someone who stays on top of the situation provides usual information, helpful recommendations and is always available whenever we want to talk to him and regularly will keeps in touch when I say keep us in touch he reminds us that if we have any questions he's available generally that's in the latter part of the year and I suppose half of the times that we've had him, he sends out a notice in the second half of each year and says you have any questions with respect to blah blah please get in touch with me so I say every other year or so I or my wife and I will sit down meet with him and he would go through kind of a review of everything we make and make any suggestions recommendations that seem appropriate at the time and like wise we ask questions of him naturally. he very professional, very responsive up to date and his advise is good.

What stand the most is the agent Lonny Key we've done business with him for at least thirty years, he's very professional is in regular contact with us at least once a year sometimes more often than not I will sit down with him in the fall of each year and he will explained everything that we have, make any recommendations for changes and he's been very helpful.

The service went well. My policy has three cars, and our life insurance in the price. The prices are very competitive. We will not go anywhere else.
