HTC Roofing, siding, gutters and windows

They didn't tell me how much until they were finished. Didn't complete my garage roof.

Could not be happier. Roof replacement was completed in half a day, gutters and downspouts were completed in 4 hours. Both of the crews were very friendly and professional. Jason coordinated the job and handled all the insurance communication. Excellent service!!

Working with HTC was the most enjoyable home project to date. Heath handled all of the calls and paperwork with our insurance company and checked in with us daily to ensure we were satisfied customers. The crew that worked at our house (Courtney, Dave, Anthony and Hayden) did an amazing job under the supervision of Jason. The group of young men that installed the gutters were fast and efficient. We would HIGHLY recommend HTC Roofing and look forward to working with them again!

Like the reviews states Lousy. Hired HTC Roofing to do complete roofing, siding and gutter job. Was told by Mr. Chinn that only HTC employees would be doing work. Work was performed by unskilled laborers and whole house siding was installed incorrectly. Siding and lower portion of the roof shingles were installed three separate times. Siding is now falling off, moving & exposing underlayment, buckling, warping due to not using a starter piece on first row. Trim is loose and will eventually start falling off and some trim work was not finished. Due to siding and lower roof being done 3X, I now have roof structure damage over the garage with joists splitting due to extra wear and my home can't pass a home inspection. All has been documented by my home inspector, Rob Wells with Northern KY Inspections 859-393-2451. Also documented was front gutter system installed draining in opposite directions away from downspout causing drainage issues. Photos and videos available on request.

Heath and his crew did a great job. Heath was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and to bring everything up to code. The crew had the job done in one day.

Started out great. They were able to find matching siding which was 5 years old. Replaced roof, worked well with the insurance company. Kept in touch and responded well to text too. Afterwards have tried reaching out to them on a couple of issues. No response. A few shingles overhang the roof. One tarp section overhangs. Did not do a very good job of cleaning up pieces of siding and nails. Would have loved to give them an A but follow up lacking. I can only go on the roof when my vertigo is not bothering me so could not walk the roof after the work is done.

HTC completed my vinyl soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts. They started the project ahead of schedule and the workers were respectful and thorough. Everyone I spoke to at HTC was responsive and professional. The price was reasonable. Everything looks really great and I am very pleased with the work. Thanks HTC!!!

HTC responded quickly to my initial inquiry. Heath gave me a fair roof quote and then he worked with my insurance company to help with reimbursement since my roof had been wind damaged. He had an excellent crew replace my roof, completing the job in just a little over a day and meticulously clearing my yard of any debris. His workers were professional and experienced. I definitely would recommend him and this team.

Extremely happy with the quality. The roof is to code and the colors used for drip edge, step flashing, and pipe flashing go well with the house. We have seen many other houses get new roofs and HTCs work was outstanding in comparison. Heath’s name is on the company and he stands behind his work.

It went great. The crew was on the job early and worked as long as needed to meet my deadline. The owner was very receptive to my needs for all phases of the project, including design wishes. He has a very diversified and specialized crew that he brought in for various phases of the project to insure the work was completed in a skilled and timely manner.

Repaired some old box gutters and refined gutters . It went well and when finished they cleaned up any mess from the demo .

As of 2 weeks from completion the roofing appears as expected and performs as expected. The contractor was focuses on the right things during the bidding process. The eventual cost was about 5 to 10 percent above the average according to online accounts for the size roof I had but the quality seems to have made up for it. The soffit repair job quality was good and the cost ran higher due to unexpected house specific circumstances. There was a delay especially on the soffit crew arrival time due to the volume of work on HTC’s calendar but it not out of the ordinary. Overall, this is definitely a contractor I would consider working with on other jobs and would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

The entire process from start to finish was very good. On the first day of installation Heath went over the details to make sure all of the details were correct. The actual crew worked diligently and completed the project in 4 days. The roof, aluminum wrap of the facia and chimney screens all look great.

I am a professional rehabber that can do almost anything myself. But I pay other professionals to install roofs, gutters, and siding. HTC’s team did a great job, kept me updated on the project schedule, and were honest to work with. I will use them again in the future.

Very well, guys were here all day and removed old skylights and replaced with new solar powered ones. Very hot day what guys and boss worked hard and we're here from 8 in the morning till 6 at night getting the job done in one day. Work looks good and we are pleased with the results.

Perfectly. They arrived when they said they would and finished the same. Workers were respectful of the surrounding yard, when finished every scrap of trash was removed. Joe communicated every step of the project and followed up afterwards to ensure everything was done right in my eyes and in his.
