Home Team Inspection Service

This was my very first home inspection experience, so I really didn't know what I was getting myself into. My realtor gave me a list of four highly recommended companies and I called every single one for a quote on a full inspection-- radon, termite, the works. Home Team was only the second company I called, but as soon as Jon answered the phone I knew I could not go wrong with HomeTeam. I called the remaining two companies for their quotes and then called Jon back. All four companies were within $10-30 of each other, but I feel like I should have paid way more for HomeTeam. The inspection team -- yes, team, as in THREE inspectors with designated expertise! -- was absolutely phenomenal. They were extremely thorough, and everyone was so courteous to explain what they were looking out for, that it was hard to keep up with who to follow around the house. I could not be happier with the report and will be purchasing my first home with enormous confidence. Thanks again! I almost can't wait to buy another house just to use these guys again!

Andy was awesome.  He and his partner showed up before scheduled time, the did the entire home inspection (splitting up the responsibilities) both interior and exterior.  He addressed a couple of concerns I had and explained the problems, as well as, provided suggested remedies.  He made sure I felt confident that they did a complete inspection and ensured that I was comfortable with their thoroughness.  The report was done by the end of the day (with exception to the radon and mold reports that had a 3-day period of testing).  Andy also supplied me with a complete receipt upon payment that day.  It was a rainy day and I felt they took all necessary precautions not to create any mess to the inside of the home.  I would highly recommend Andy Snyder for his home inspection services.
